Mien is operated under the sole proprietor brand "Mien". For support, legal notices, or questions about these Terms, contact support@mien.page.

Mien provides AI-assisted relationship reflection, pattern reading, and pre-text clarity. It is designed to help you think through relationship uncertainty before you reply, wait, block, reach out, or ask a follow-up question.

Mien does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Readings are generated for reflection and entertainment purposes and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Mien is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, may harm yourself, or may harm someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

You agree not to misuse Mien, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, attempt to access systems without permission, or use Mien to harass, stalk, manipulate, threaten, or harm another person.

Mien may create an anonymous session for you and may offer account upgrade options. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account or device session and for activity that occurs under it.

Mien may sell one-time packs of reading rounds, such as a 5 rounds pack. Purchases are processed by Paddle. A purchase is not a subscription unless explicitly stated at checkout. Taxes and local payment details may be calculated and displayed by Paddle.

We aim to keep Mien available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

Mien, including its product design, interface, prompts, and brand, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain responsibility for content you submit. You may use outputs for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mien is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mien.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mien after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
