Refund Policy
Mien sells digital reading-round packs. This policy explains when a refund may be available.
For refund questions, contact support@mien.page with the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
Digital delivery
Reading rounds are digital content. After a successful payment, purchased rounds are credited to the Mien session or account used for checkout.
When refunds may be available
We may provide a refund when there is a duplicate charge, a clear payment error, purchased rounds were not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue, or a refund is required by applicable law.
When refunds are usually not available
Because Mien provides digital reading rounds, refunds are usually not available after rounds have been delivered or used, for a change of mind, or because you disagree with or dislike an AI reading.
How to request a refund
Email support@mien.page within 14 days of purchase. Include the checkout email, approximate purchase date, and the issue you want us to review. Paddle may also assist with payment and refund processing as the payment processor or merchant of record.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Chargebacks may take longer and may limit our ability to help with your account.
Taxes
Paddle may calculate and display applicable tax details during checkout. Refunds, when approved, may include or exclude taxes depending on Paddle processing rules and applicable law.
