We collect the relationship story, messages, and follow-up prompts you choose to enter into Mien so the service can generate and maintain your reading experience.

We may collect account and session information, including an anonymous user identifier, authentication status, and related records needed to restore your active thread and purchased rounds.

We may collect basic device, usage, performance, and diagnostic information to keep Mien reliable, understand product usage, and improve the experience.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Mien does not store your full card number or card security code. We receive transaction metadata from Paddle, such as payment status, product or price identifiers, customer email where provided, and records needed to credit purchased rounds and handle support requests.

We use information to provide readings and follow-up responses, maintain your active thread, credit and deduct reading rounds, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve Mien.

We use third-party service providers for hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, analytics, observability, and AI model processing. These providers process information as needed to operate Mien.

Please do not submit information you do not want processed by an online AI service. Mien is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline right away.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Mien, maintain billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service. You can request deletion by contacting support@mien.page.

Mien is not intended for children under 18. Do not use Mien if you are under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect.
